Kim
Greenwood is President of Greenwood Productions,
Inc. which holds the State Licenses for the
MISS USA & MISS TEEN USA State Pageants
in Tennessee, Mississippi and Georgia. She
serves as the Executive Director of the Pageants.
Kim was Tennessee's Junior Miss in 1985 and Miss Tennessee USA in 1989.
Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a Bachelor of Arts
degree in Communication from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
As a performer, she has traveled to over 20 countries and entertained
the U.S. troops on four USO tours including a tour to the North Atlantic
where she met her husband, entertainer and Grammy award winner Lee
Greenwood. The Greenwoods have two sons, Dalton and Parker, and reside
in Franklin, Tennessee, where they are members of Brentwood Baptist
Church. Kim was a 2009 graduate of Leadership Middle Tennessee and
remains very active with many community, church and civic activities
that are close to her heart.
Kim holds her license for the Tennessee, Mississippi and Georgia USA
events with the Miss Universe Organization, producers of the MISS UNIVERSE®,
MISS USA®, and MISS TEEN USA® competitions. The Miss Universe
Organization is an international company that advances and supports
today's women. These women are savvy, goal-oriented and aware. The
delegates who become part of the Miss Universe Organization display
those characteristics in their everyday lives, both as individuals
who participate in the competitions to advance their careers, personal
and humanitarian goals, and as women who seek to improve the lives
of others.
